Do I need anything to make the theme work?
We’ll provide the theme files, video tutorials and instructions for getting set-up, and customizing your website.
All you’ll need to do is purchase a one (1) site license of Elementor, which is the builder you’ll use to customize your website. Elementor is $49, but renews at a 25% discount each subsequent year.

Is it truly easy to update your website?
You don't need to know any code to make basic updates to your site. However if you want to make significant changes, as with any website, code may be helpful.
As with anything else, it takes a little time to learn but in addition to the getting started course we've put together we're here to answer any questions you might have along the way.

Will I get support setting up my theme?
Yep, you’ll get access to our set-up course which contains step-by-step directions for installing and customizing your template.

Will you host my website?
We can host your website; however, you’re free to pick your own host as well. If you’re looking for a host, we recommend Siteground.

What if I want a custom website? What if I want someone to customize a website from The Palm Shop?
We design custom Showit and WordPress websites. If you’re interested in a custom website, please inquire using the contact form on the contact page. We can also be hired to customize any of the templates in The Palm Shop.
Am I able to optimize my theme?
Yes, all our websites are built with SEO in mind and there are countless WordPress plugins and resources to optimize everything from images to site speed.
